Creating a Feedback Loop to Improve Government Services

In 2016, Code for America worked with the City of Long Beach to help create products, processes, and policies that meet entrepreneur needs and optimizes staff time. Mayor Garcia and our engineer, Mark Rossetti highlight our Business Portal System's features and the process we took to get there.
